Victor about the partnership: “I am delighted by this partnership which has been lasting for three years now. With Alpina Watches, we share the same passion for precision and technicality. It is always a pleasure for me to come and meet the watchmakers in the workshops, being able to share my experience and feedback on the Alpina watches that I have the pleasure to wear during my sports activities. Whether it is on connected watches that I use within my physical preparation or the automatic watches which I wear after my trainings! I am really happy about the new AlpinerX, a perfect outdoor watch which accompanies me on a daily basis. We work with Alpina on potential news functions which I hope will be released in 2019!”

The entire Alpina Watches Team is really proud to count Victor in its Alpinist family and wish him a very successful upcoming season.

He achieved his first podium in 2015, a runner-up finish in a super combined at Wengen, Switzerland. He also participated at the 2013 World Championships and 2015 World Championships. 2018 offered him his first participation to the Olympic Games in PyeongChang, where he earned his first medal, a Bronze, in the Alpine combined. Skier from Val d’Isère trained at his beginnings in Bonneval/Arc, Victor was initially coming from a city ski club, and was not necessarily predestined to become a ski Champion. Victor is passionate about sports from his youngest age, he’s tried many activities with his parents such as rock climbing, rugby or roller-skating, before starting the alpine skiing in competition, and for which he soon began to get involved.

Coming from a city club, his route until integrating the best French skiers has been long. He was first spotted and selected in different groups from the district committee reports, European Cup to finally his selection in the technical world cup group of the National Team in Spring 2012. Victor is racing in many disciplines like Slalom, Giant, and Combined and probably will soon race in all of them.

Victor’s hobbies are reading, computers, travels, mountain biking, and wakeboarding.

Rigorous, perseverant and perfectionist, he likes the work well done. He is highly demanding with himself and these requirements are bearing fruits season after season.
