Thibault Magnin

Thibault Magnin, nacido el 2 de septiembre de 2000, es un esquiador profesional con doble nacionalidad suiza y española. Aunque nació y creció en Suiza, representa a España en competiciones internacionales. Especializado en slopestyle y big air, participó en los Juegos Olímpicos de Invierno de Pekín 2022. En 2024, Thibault recibió una wildcard para participar en el Freeride World Tour (FWT), lo que marcó su transición al freeride tras una exitosa carrera en el estilo libre. Más tarde, en 2025, Thibault decidió volver a su disciplina favorita y se reincorporó al circuito de la Copa del Mundo de Freestyle con el objetivo de brillar en los Juegos Olímpicos de Cortina en 2026.Además del esquí, Thibault es un apasionado del surf y del kitesurf, disciplinas que practica intensamente durante el verano. Thibault Magnin encarna a una nueva generación de atletas talentosos y polivalentes, destacando tanto en freestyle como en freeride, al tiempo que se consolida como una figura inspiradora en el mundo del esquí.

What motivates you every day to surpass yourself?

The opportunity to live my life to the fullest and become the best version of myself, as a person, a human & an athlete, and with that inspire the world with what I do and who I am.

What is your best sporting memory?

I would say the opening ceremony of the 2022 Olympics was a really special moment for me.

What message would you give to young people who want to follow in your footsteps?

Just be you, follow your heart and believe in your dreams! And whatever people think different of you, it's your strength, use it!

If you had to keep just 4 of the brand's products, which would you choose?

My favourite is the ALPINER Extreme Quartz, and then the ALPINER Extreme Automatic / Extreme Skeleton Automatic and finally the SEASTRONG.
