Co-designers Alon Ben Joseph and Rob Nudds have meticulously rethought the dial for flawless legibility. The focus is on optimal visibility and the essential features of a contemporary tool watch.

This special edition features a redesigned brushed and polished stainless steel case, with a compact diameter of 39x40,50 mm and a thickness of 12.65 mm, for discreet comfort. It is powered by the automatic caliber AL-520, offering a 38-hour power reserve. The dark gray dial and its vibrant orange seconds hand ensure immediate distinction. Thanks to its sandwich construction and polar white Luminova sub-layer, enjoy exceptional nighttime legibility. The absence of a chapter ring and the exclusive Alpina luminescence guarantee optimal and instantaneous readability in all circumstances.
A Striking Contrast, Maximum Legibility
The design stands out with its strong contrast and characteristic chromatic signature. The lacquered vibrant orange seconds hand deploys across the dark background of the charcoal-colored grainy dial. The hour and minute are indicated by "pearl black" hands filled with a white luminescent material specially developed by Alpina. The mentions "Alpina" and "Automatic" are written in tone-on-tone black, fading depending on the reading angle to enhance the contrast of the hands.
