 *Dispatch time: After your payment is confirmed by our online payment gateway,  the item is dispatched within 5 to 10 business days, depending on stock availability. The dispatch time is indicated on each product page, below the price.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

FULLY INSURED DELIVERY
Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

MISSED DELIVERIES
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the courier company will leave you a card to notify you of the delivery attempt. This will allow you to either phone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect the package from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our delivery method require a signature. If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive it. Please note that for items that were undelivered through the fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.

 

RETURN/ CANCELLATION
We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes, items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from our official web store. Please note that the cost of return is at the charge of Alpina Watches.

To qualify for this, the item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with the original box, instructions, guarantee, and all extras. When the item is received, a check is performed to verify that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund.

We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which the items were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays.

Were you expecting something different? No problem. Please send us an message to e-commerce@alpina-watches.com to initiate the product return procedure. We will get back to you with the next steps to follow to return your purchase and claim a refund.

Please return your product using an international courier company (FedEx, UPS, DHL or a similar recorded service). This way your delivery is insured. Please also record the tracking number. Customers are responsible for all returns postage or any other delivery costs.

We will refund you the full price of the returned products using the same method or card you used for payment, excluding the transaction fees charged for your initial purchase and for the refund.

For models sold with a discount on our online platform, no return will be accepted. In case of product unavailability, we will proceed to the full amount refund.

EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange a product for another item, please send us a request to ecommerce@alpina-watches.com to initiate the product return procedure. We will get back to you with the next steps to follow to return your purchase and claim a refund. You can then purchase the new item of your choice directly in our e-store.
