- You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched – this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door.
- Delivery times for products in stock: Central Europe 7-10 days; Eastern Europe 7-14 days; Middle-East 10-15 days; North America 7-14 days; Central America 10-20 days; South America 10-20 days; Asia 10-20 days; Australasia 10-20; Africa 10-30 days. Specific time delivery for special online promotion up to 30 days (such as Black Friday – Cyber Monday & others…). The delivery timescale is not guaranteed. In case the product ordered is not in stock at the moment of your purchase, we will immediately advise you and propose you a delivery date. If you do not accept our proposal, we will immediately refund the amount you paid on the same credit card you made the payment with.
- All orders are shipped – fully insured – by international express courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL and similar)
- Missed deliveries If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the courier company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our delivery method require a signature. If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
