FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS
1. You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched – this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door

Delivery times for products in stock: Central Europe 7-10 days; Eastern Europe 7-14 days; Middle-East 10-15 days; North America 7-14 days; Central America 10-20 days; South America 10-20 days; Asia 10-20 days; Australasia 10-20; Africa 10-30 days. The delivery timescale is not guaranteed. In case the product ordered is not in stock at the moment of your purchase, we will immediately advise you and propose you a delivery date. If you do not accept our proposal, we will immediately refund the amount you paid on the same credit card you made the payment with.
3. All orders are shipped – fully insured – by international express courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL and similar)
4. Missed deliveries If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the courier company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our delivery method require a signature. If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from our official web store. To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras. When we receive the item, our returns department confirms that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
You should return it to us using an international courier company (FedEx, UPS, DHL or a similar recorded service). This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number. Please note that customers are responsible for all returns postage or any other delivery costs.

If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please just return your undesired item for a refund and order a new item.
Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
